My Property Inspections (MPI), are an independent Accredited Domestic Energy Assessment and Gas Safe Registered company specialising in providing Residential Property Inspections (Energy Performance Certificates, Landlords Gas Safety Certificates, Property Inventories, P.A.T Inspections and more). As specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of Landlords, Letting Agents and Property Managers, unlike maintenance contractors and tradesmen, our loyalties are not divided between dealing with ongoing maintenance and installation issues, which could mean having to drop things, to deal with another..urgent repair or installation job!!

We understand that letting your property, especially for the first time, can be a worrying experience. With this in mind our most important consideration is providing you, with the best possible service. Also ensuring that you comply with your legal obligations as a Landlord or Agent, in addition to all the relevant Statutory Regulations when letting your property.

Because we are an independent company, we are able to offer a personal and friendly Service, whilst at the same time maintaining a high standard of competence and professionalism. All inspection documentation will be sent to clients via email following payment and confirmation of cleared funds, reducing postal delays and ensuring speedy delivery of documentation.

Competitive Prices

Our fees are competitive and we are particularly committed to investment Landlords/Letting Agents/Property Managers and savings can often be made on the smallest of portfolios, depending on the service which is selected. Conveniently payment can be made online via the website and account holders can pay directly via BACS, while cash or cheque can be provided on the day of the inspection.

Office Hours

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 17:30 However we try to accommodate by conducting inspections to properties outside normal office hours*, at a time that is convenient to you, and thus fit in with your busy schedule. Our phone lines for bookings and enquiries are available 6 days a week, please feel free to leave your name and contact number and a member of our team will get back to you during office hours.

Bookings

We value your business and time, when you book Inspection Services with My Property Inspections.co.uk . For this reason, we will ensure that, we confirm all bookings at least 24hrs prior to attending via phone/text/email. We will also notify you in the same manner at least 30 minutes prior to attending, should we be delayed for any reason. Allowing you to make appropriate arrangements should the delay impact on ongoing plans. We place an emphasis on communicating to ensure that all our appointments are attended. Documentation will be emailed to clients within 2-5 working days after the day of the inspection following payment.
